Avon Total Radiance Skincare {Review}

First, let me start off by being totally honest with you.  I do love Avon for several reasons.  They are a wonderful company and also they donate returned products to Matthew 25 Ministries (which is my family's non-profit charity that gives to the poorest of the poor and does disaster relief).  I think their products are awesome and my Mom sells Avon.  Being that I use Avon (because I support them and my Mom!!! ) I figured why not review the products from Avon that I try!  However, I will be honest....if I don't like something, I will tell you!

So about a month ago I decided to try a new face cleanser and lotion from Avon called Solutions Total Radiance.

I use the cleanser every morning in the shower.  I like the smell of it, it smells fresh and clean, and also it feels cool and tingly on my skin.  It has never irritated my skin and that is also a plus!  Since I have been using it, I haven't had any breakouts (yes, I am in my mid-thirties, but I still have the occasional break-out...ugh!).  I also have to admit that I don't wash my face at night....shame on me....I know.  I use the Avon Smooth Minerals make up though, I will have to tell you about that another day!

So after my shower, I used the lotion on my face and neck.  I use about 2 pumps and it covers my entire face and neck.  The lotion is smooth and doesn't feel sticky, which I like.  I am crazy about my lotion...I am a lotion-aholic...(is that a word?!)  The other good thing about the lotion is that it has SPF 15!!!  That is always a good thing!

I definitely recommend these products if you are not happy with your current cleanser and/or lotion!  The great thing is that right now they are having a sale on these products!!!!

Kushyfoot - Flats To Go! & Lace Foot Covers {Review}

Do you wear heels?  To work?  Out dancing?  Or just out for an evening on the town?  I only wear them every so often, so when I do, by the end of the night, my feet are hurting!!!  Well, I have an awesome solution for  you!  Kushyfoot - Flats To Go!!!  They are pictured below on left and as you can see, the package is small enough to fit in a regular size purse.  So, when you are tired of your heels, you can just stick these on and awww....relief!!!  I actually went out dancing the other night for my sister's birthday and wore heels.  Well, by the end of the night my feet were soooo sore!  I was so glad that I brought these along for the way home!!!  They were lifesavers!

Also available from Kushyfoot are these Lace Foot Covers.  These are very comfortable too!  They have a nice little padding on the bottom at the ball of your foot.  You can wear these with the Flats To Go or with other flats or heels.  They peek out just a bit for a cute, sophisticated look!  They are like lingerie for your feet! :)

Easy Canvas Prints {Review}

Easy Canvas Prints was kind enough to offer me a Free Canvas Print to review and I have to say, I love it!  It turned out fabulous!!!  Below is a picture of my canvas print.  I chose to use a picture of my Grandpa and Grandma (that have passed away) and make it a gift for my Dad. 

The process to get the print was easy to do!  You can pick your wrap size, either .75" or 1.5" and you can also choose from tons of different print sizes.  I chose the 12" x 12".  You can even get your print in Black & White or Sepia.  If you need retouching done, they can do that too! :)

I love my nook Color!

My sweet husband, who knows I love new technology, got me nook color for Christmas this past year.  I must say that I loved it!  I LOVE to read, so that was great and I could listen to Pandora on it and also check my email or surf the web when I had Wi-fi!

Well, I found out last night that my nook color just got soooo much better!  Yep!  Now it has APPS!!!!  (Yes, even Angry Birds!) haha  All I had to do was update my software with the new Version 1.2 and I was good to go!  There are about 140 apps right now, but that will be growing and expanding (these are Android apps by the way)!

So, in my personal opinion, if you are shopping for an e-reader, the nook color is the way to go!  Oh, did I mention it has Flash also!!!  :)  And it is only about $250....much cheaper than an iPad and does a lot of similar things, but nook color has Flash.... :)

Oh yeah, and you can lend books to other nook color friends!  Cool, huh?  Wanna be friends????  :)

Go HERE to check it out if you are shopping for an e-reader or don't want to fork out the big bucks for an iPad.  I think this is a good alternative!
