Have you tried MiO?

I was shopping at Wal-mart a few weeks ago and saw these cute little bottles?  I had to pick one up and see what it was.  Liquid Water Enhancer is what it said on the label.  Also, no calories, no sugar and no fat!!!  Wow!!  Sounded interesting, especially since water is not my favorite, but I wanted to try to drink more of it instead of my trusty ole Dr. Pepper {I still love you Dr.....).  So I picked up 2 of them, Berry Pomegranate and Strawberry Watermelon.

I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised!  They were easy to use and tasted GREAT!!!  I especially loved the Berry Pomegranate.  I also loved the fact that there was no messy powder to deal with.  Everything mixed together so great with no powder left on the powder or around the edges of the bottle {I hate that!}.  I actually put them in my purse and take them with me now!  Super easy and everyone in my family LOVES it! 

I went back to Wal-mart yesterday and bought 3 more flavors, Peach Tea, Sweet Tea, and Fruit Punch.  I can't wait to try them!

I highly recommend trying these!  At our Wal-mart they were only $3.84 a bottle and one bottle is 24 8 oz. servings!

IKEA Kitchen Makeover (before & after)

Does your kitchen need a makeover? I know mine does. Every time I walk into IKEA, I love looking at the kitchens there. I always dream of mine looking like one of those one day....

Anyway, check out this IKEA Kitchen Makeover over at Beach Brights! It looks fabulous. I'm thinking that doing an IKEA Kitchen could possibly fit into the budget one day!
